This machine is designed and developed by our company absorbing advanced foreign technology. It adopts the materials such as LDPE, HDPE roll film to produce threading garbage bags or folded-rolled bags. The machine adopts computer control, servo(step) motor to fix the length, photoelectric to track marks, auto counting, alarming , auto rectifying and auto temperature control etc. It is an ideal equipment to produce threading garbage bags.
This machine is heat sealing and heat cutting bag making machine, which is suitable for printing and non-printing HDPE/LDPE rolling bag making. The material of bag is HDPE, LDPE.
1. Drag material by double servo motors.
2. Main control panel adopts touch screen Delta from Taiwan with high definition.
3. The drive system of whole machine adopts PLC Microcomputer control (PC computer) .
4. One independent program on bag making machine. One independent program on winder part.
5. The machine will automatically stopped if film jammed.
6. Heat sealing copper knives and cold cutting teeth knife to make rolling bag easy to tear down.
7. Blowing system helps to make plastic film flat and reduce film stretch tension.
8. Dancing roller system keeps film tense after sealing and cutting to make plastic rollers tight and in order.
9. The machine will automatically change plastic rolls with fork winders and put rolls one by one on the stock.
1.This machine is hot sealing hot cutting bottom sealing machine special for polyethylene T-shirt (W/U shape) shopping bags. which can automatically cut the W or U shape handles. It can increase the output and save labor.
2.It is double lines design with two sepertate servo and printing marks tracking systems which allows to produce two printed bag at same time.
3.Adopt high sensitivity photoelectric eye, accurately tracks the printed marks. When the printed mark is missing, machine alarms and stops.
4.Main motor and unwinding motor adopt AC motor controlled by Frequency inverters , which is easy to adjust speed and save power.
5.Machine stops automatically when film rolls used up .
6.When it comes to per setting quantity, sealing and cutting unit keeps working while the handle punch unit robert hand pulls and deliveres the bags to punching mould.
7.Special design sealing knife allows 100 degree rotation when need clean the knife, which is more convenient and safe.
8.The sealing part is strong and the finished product is neat.
9.Adopt gas-liquid booster cylinder on punching machine, low noise, small gas consumption.
