This machine is used to blow various low-density polyethylene (LDPE) high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE) color strip plastic film. The plastic film is widely used for daily and industrial packaging such as food, fruits, apparel, textiles and commodities.
Cylinders and screws of the extruder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after nitrogen treatment and precision processing. The auxiliary extruder can be freely adjusted within the range of 700mm according to the technological requirements of different materials, providing with guesset, which can produce vest bags. Winding device is equipped with torque motor, which can keep suitable tension, orderly winding and convenient roll replacement.

The specially-designed screw enhances plasticizing of film, which helps increasing the production capacity.
