Three to seven layer traction rotating film extrusion machine die head adopts the internationally advanced superposed die head ,of which each layer can heat and recive thermal insulation medium independently and insulate the heat effectively,which is good for blowing and making plastic film with different temperature.The die head is of advanced construction to ensure the steady fluid and thickness of film.
The traction system adopts a horizontal ±360° swinging rotary type, rotating at a constant speed. It meets the requirements of high height and high-speed printing. The IBC internal cooling system is at the current international advanced level. This system uses four ultrasonic probes to obtain the measured information, which is calculated and then controlled and adjusted to regulate the air intake and output volume.
